Lo and behold, there was ice in a place where there's never been ice before...and I found it. I took a slight hit on my elbow and scraped my palm a bit...and my hammy (already slightly in distress from those inclined walks with 'Milly) got majorly extended while the other foot/leg/hamstring remained motionless.
