I don't think I've ever run more than 7 days in a row, and my body is definitely not a fan so never say never but I don't think that streaks will be anywhere in my future. I find that for me, "recovery" runs don't speed up the recovery process. <br />On my rest days, I walk, stretch and do a bit of yoga. I feel so refreshed when I hit the road the next day!<br />I like that you included sleep, too.
