One day, a super-fast pace will feel effortless, whereas the next day it will feel like moving mountains just to do a slow jog! The way I look at it is, it's so difficult to pace correctly that even the elite Kenyans have pacers at their marathons, right? =)emmers712https://www.blogger.com/profile/15865493476823978890noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2647157930116406632.post-65005188973448230902016-06-09T14:51:36.772-05:002016-06-09T14:51:36.772-05:00It's really a great tool to teach you to run b...It's really a great tool to teach you to run by feel.Wendy at Taking the Long Way Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09934786207724059919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2647157930116406632.post-46068956117900102522016-06-09T14:51:17.299-05:002016-06-09T14:51:17.299-05:00I run solo 99.9% of the time, so yes to music!I run solo 99.9% of the time, so yes to music!Wendy at Taking the Long Way Homehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09934786207724059919noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2647157930116406632.post-56356385372518989902016-06-09T14:50:38.595-05:002016-06-09T14:50:38.595-05:00But then there's the frustration of weaving ar...But then there's the frustration of weaving around all those people!
