I have never even heard of these, only YakTrax and, unfortunately, the majority of what we get around here in the winter is ice...and lots of it! I will definitely look into these; I have a friend who has YakTrax and often will loan them to me but, as you said, they are really not much help in icy conditions. Thank you!
