There is no way in hell. I would have really done some serious damage if I tried. That boot is awful.<br /><br />I think it's ok to ask for help sometimes. In all the "bad" comments, there can be some useful nuggets or tips, and as long as you can differentiate between the two, it's ok.<br /><br />PF is a jerk. I also have an tendency to get plantar. I stick with supportive shoes (running and non-running), stretch and strengthen my posterior chain and fascial nets, and lately, I've been using the Theragun regularly, not just on my feet but on both the front and back of my lower leg. Gently.
