I'm not a food blogger, but I do like to cook! Since my diagnosis with rheumatoid arthritis, I continue to work on my diet, adding foods that prevent inflammation. Fruits and veggies are the best foods for this and I've found that my morning smoothies have become nutritional powerhouses. Occasionally, I share my recipes on the blog.
