Hi, I'm Wendy! I've been a runner for many years and have shared my adventures on this blog for the past 10 years or so. Running is my passion and it's been such a gift, bringing not only confidence and fitness into my life but also some really amazing people. Although I'm no longer running long distance races, I'm still lacing up and putting in the work. Most of my miles have moved to the dirt--for the past 6 years, I've been spending most of my time on trails. I also enjoy strength training/CrossFit, yoga, and waterskiing. Come along for a run with me!
